I received three citations: 1) careless driving with alcohol involved, 2) DWI, 3) Refusal to take breath test. The latter has a mandatory charge, which I expected. Mr. Yuelys was able to negotiate the charges down to only the refusal with the minimum sentences. He kept me up to date with the progres...s of the court and conferred with me in an intelligent manor, which relieve a great deal of stress considering the feeling that the deck was stacked against me. I gave five stars because Jordan Yuelys is a fine attorney who knows how to handle the client and the court system. He was honest and upfront. I would absolutely recommend hiring Jordan Yuelys.

Considering, I had my license for 12 years with only one ticket in 12 yrs, which was jaywalking in 2006. I had never receive a ticket nor been in trouble with the law prior to my case. I was charged with a DWI/reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident..etc. After consuming 2 glasses of champ...agne 45 mins before, I was stopped and arrested in Fair lawn.
