I had this non payable offense-must appear in court for operating a vehicle while using a cell phone. Not knowing this was my 3rd offense. The first 2 offenses happened 8 years ago. When I called the office of Jordan Yules, I was pleased to know that he would take on my case. This was a Friday evening, I was panicking because I just finished class and had a few hours to find a lawyer.
