Dismissed eviction and lockout called off

My landlord attempted to evict me based on false pretense. Howard cut to the chase, called their attorney and called them out on their wrong doing. In doing so, it saves tons of money and time. They withdrew the eviction and the lockout. We did not have to go to the court which would have cost substa...ntially more money and time. I suppose it was the best possible outcome for a bad situation thanks to Howard.
