Sharp, Strategic, and Impeccably Professional

I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional support and guidance I received from Galit Moskowitz and Seth Parker during a very challenging chapter in my life. Their sharp legal mind, attention to detail, and unwavering professionalism were instrumental in helping me navigate a complex and emotionally... charged divorce. With calm precision, they helped me break free from a toxic and vindictive situation, always keeping my best interests at the forefront. I couldn’t have asked for a better advocate—thorough, strategic, and truly committed from start to finish. Excellent, Timely, and Professional

I began my divorce in the summer, and Eilish M. McLoughlin (a partner of the firm) took on my case after a consultation. Eilish and her team were nothing short of excellent. She was friendly, accommodating, and answered all of my questions during our one-on-ones. In court, Eilish didn’t mince words a...nd had a laser focus while maintaining a high level of professionalism. She was also very clear with her expectations and timely with all responses - there were no surprises during the process. The entire team at Moskowitz is wonderful, and they make you feel as comfortable as you can be during a divorce proceeding. I highly recommend the firm if you’re seeking representation in a divorce!

Knowledgeable, Professional, Sensitive

I was pleased to have been met by the owner of the firm during the consultation and Galit assured me I'd be well taken care of by the attorney assigned to me. I absolutely was. Genevieve clearly always had my best interests in mind throughout my divorce negotiations, and she was also very sensitiv...e to the emotional aspects that arose. Her experience helped to set my expectation and I appreciated her step-by-step guidance throughout the process. I was also very impressed that Galit continued to carve out time with me to discuss any issues I might have experienced, and to ensure I was satisfied with the service.

They’re the BEST

I'm very pleased with the Moskowitz law group. The Moskowitz law group is a very professional team and the location is very convenient. They're the BEST! They are very caring, diligent, intelligent, and WORK VERY FAST! Ms. Galit Moskowitz is very attuned to the issues/struggles that a single mo...ther encounters during the course of a divorce as she is also a woman and a mother She always listened to my concerns created a strategy that put the best interests of myself and my children in the forefront and made sure I got what I wanted and most times more than what I expected. Ms. Moskowitz fought very hard for my children and myself. She never gave up! She is a monster (in a good way) in the courtroom! I had a terrible judge, but Ms. Moskowitz was able to get me what I wanted. Mr. Steven Cohen is so amazing also! He is VERY VERY INTELLIGENT. He knows family law inside and out. His writing style is superb. Mr. Cohen was able to reedit and include all of my proofs, complaints and anger in EVERY SINGLE submission to the court. I was speechless in how well his edits were written and were able to convey my concerns and thoughts to the court. I trusted him 110%. He is a persuasive and effective writer and it helped me tremendously in court. I couldn't have done it without them. I highly recommend these two. They're passionate about their job and the bottom line is this.... THEY GET THIER JOB DONE!!! They gave my children and I a great NEW start and I am forever grateful to them.

Personable, compassionate, understanding but Strong & can be fierce!

Up until I met with Galit, nearly every lawyer I’ve ever met with had that nasty air of superiority as well as lacked any kind of compassion and friendliness. After More then 15 yrs married with 4 kids, including a newborn baby and a terribly complicated divorce, I was dreading meeting with lawyers &... terrified, not imagining how I would be able to get by. Galit however blew me away! She was sweet as pie to me but you could easily tell that she was nor a woman or lawyer to be trifled with. She definitely knows her stuff and her level of compassion combined with her strength and fierce protectiveness made her someone I trusted and wanted to work with immediately. She felt more like a friend that just happens to be a lawyer with many awards and accolades under her belt. Everyone I’ve met in that office has a heart of gold and I’m beyond grateful to them! Galit Moskowitz & Stephen Cohen are absolutely wonderful and I can’t speak highly enough about them. I honestly can’t imagine anyone NOT being happy with hiring her.
