Stay far away from this guy. Nicholas Nicosia in my opinion is incompetent arrogant and should have his license to practice law removed immediately and permanently. This guy was not hired buy me he was hired by the buyer of the property I was selling, and he almost cost the buyer the deal by creatin...g havoc all because he didn't know how to read the disclosure properly. If it wasn't for my realtor and the closing company, he would have cost his client the property. Stay far away from this guy I don't want to say lawyer because he doesn't deserve the title.
