I received a DUI, Refusal to a breathlizer exam and DUI in a school zone. I hire Carl base of the reviews I read online. I called him Sunday Feb 4 amongst other attorneys at the time but Carl was the only one that actually answered his phone. This helped the cause. Once he recieved all the eviden...ce he was very clear explaining all the possible outcomes. We knew at that time that having the case dismissed was unlikely, I explained my personal situation to Carl and basically said well if we could push this out as far as possible I can at least get my life together until is time to lose my license. Carl went to work to see what was missing from the evidence, he found a couple flaws and some missing evidence and was able to work the system because of the missing evidence. Fast forward 7 months later (a point to which I never thought we’d get to) I had my finances prepared to lose my license, we were working on a plea with the prosecutor but that eventually fell through. After 10 months Carl was able to get my case dismissed yesterday. Mr. Spector is a very experienced attorney who works in a very process orientated way.
