My case was very complicated. The first lawyer told me that my best bet was to take a Plea of a 1 year liscence suspension or I could end up in jail . I need my liscence to work and I could have lost everything. I did not know what to do or if anything could be done at all. I want to start this review by stating I had the unfortunate experiencing of being arrested by the NYPD and being charged with a DUI. I spent an evening and the following day in jail, which was a horribly miserable and humiliating experience. Once I got back on my feet, I was incredibly nervous, an...xious, and scared as to what was to come with my charges. I began to search the internet for NYC DUI lawyers and as one can imagine, was overwhelmed with the amount of information that was given to me upon googling this search query. I was charged with dwi in april 2013, when on my way back from meeting few friends and made mistake of getting behind the wheels long story short i found Carl and hired his services after speaking to a list long of attorneys who didnt exactly deliver what i was expecting and that was the truth.
