With the help of Carl Spector, I was able to find vindication. In what was clearly an accident, the New York legal system portrayed the incident as an intentionally violent crime. The System doesn't care about the lives it damages: It cares about numbers; however, I am a real person, and without C...arl, the system would have done real and unjustifiable long term damage to my career and personal life. This would have directly impacted future job prospects and my relationship with my child. At times, it is questionable whether anyone cares about one life: Carl does. In short, Carl Spector saved my life. Bukowski once said "You save the world by saving one man at a time, all else is grandiose romanticism or politics." I will never forget what you did for me. I was arrested back in August 2016 for drunk driving and also got into an accident. I was initially charged with aggravated DWI with 3 years probation and I might face up to $2500 in fine. However, Mr. Carl worked endlessly for months to negotiate with the prosecutor to bring me the best outcome. As ...a result, he was able to bring my charge down to a regular DWI with only one-year Conditional Discharge together with a minimal fine of $600. I just cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me. I was truly impressed, and I would definitely recommend Mr. Carl to anyone who unfortunately get into the same trouble.

It wouldn't be right if I did not write a review for Carl. I was charged with a DUI and Carl was able to reduce my charges/punishment to 5 days of simple community service and some fines. He remained brutally honest with me throughout the whole process which was necessary in my case. I made an incredibly stupid decision this past summer and was pulled over for speeding and subsequently arrested for DWI. Mr. Spector is an outstanding but not typical lawyer. He doesn't use a cookie cutter approach, he listened to our concerns with our case and explained every option we had and the impact of each option. Our main priority was the permanent/long term impact on our child going forward with potential em...ployers and background checks. Mr. Spector was able to have one of the charges dismissed and the other charge down graded and communicated with the court to accept a reduced 6 month conditional discharge.
