Ben and his assistant were on top of the process. We were the sellers and the Buyer was following his own timeline and process. Ben and his team kept the buyer within the terms of the contract, helped us to avoid potential pitfalls, and closed the transaction on a timely basis, despite the buyers b...est efforts to drag out the process. The Fees paid were well deserved for the quality work and support provided.

As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely anxious about going through the process. And when it was time for attorney review more so, because it really jump started the negotiation. My first time impression of Benjamin was one that calmed me down. He purposely gave me a call so we could talk on th...e phone. Overall, I would say that his communication is the best - which was of absolute importance thing to me for an attorney to help me through this process. He called or emailed me within an hour whenever I had questions. When I wanted to move the closing day a couple of weeks earlier (because I did not want to pay another month's rent he made it happen), he made it happen. And, finally, when closing day arrived, there was a last minute obstacle (as will inevitably occur in this very complicated, paper-heavy day), he negotiated a way to make it happen and close as scheduled. Owning a home was an ultimate dream, so the fact that it finally happened the way it did, thank you Benjamin for helping to make it come true. He's the best, and I couldn't recommend anyone higher!

Ben Cooper is excellent - super organized and highly detail-oriented.
