As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely anxious about going through the process. And when it was time for attorney review more so, because it really jump started the negotiation. Overall, I would say that his communication is the best - which was of absolute importance thing to me for an attorney to help me through this process. He called or emailed me within an hour whenever I had questions. And, finally, when closing day arrived, there was a last minute obstacle (as will inevitably occur in this very complicated, paper-heavy day), he negotiated a way to make it happen and close as scheduled.
