Ben and his team kept the buyer within the terms of the contract, helped us to avoid potential pitfalls, and closed the transaction on a timely basis, despite the buyers b...est efforts to drag out the process. As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely anxious about going through the process. And when it was time for attorney review more so, because it really jump started the negotiation. Ben Cooper is very intelligent attorney. He put in an extra effort when reviewing the short sale contract on the house I was interested in. Ben’s addendum had a lot of significant clauses not included in the original contract. Seller, their realtor, and their attorney were not very responsive, so Ben... put in an extra effort to engage them and ensured we received responses from the seller’s attorney.
