Other friends who have used our lender have not made their closing dates due to the lenders unreasonable and unorganized last minute requests - however we closed on time which was a direct result of Ben's attentiveness. In summary, Ben Cooper was great. We felt like he really looked out for us throughout the process as a good attorney should. He understood what the house meant to us, and worked with us and the seller's attorney smoothly and professionally, and made some useful and productive suggestions as he saw them.
