I was on an O-1 visa and looking to transition to an EB-1 and my current lawyer declined to take my case, saying I wasn't ready. I wanted a second opinion, and Shervin's firm was recommended by a friend who worked with them for his own EB-1. I sent my materials and Shervin got back to me saying he th...ought I had a good chance of getting it approved, which was encouraging - and I liked that he'd only charge half of the fee upfront and the rest only if he could get the case approved. I decided to move forward with him. The process was pretty painless; because I had two previous O-1 visa cases to work from (and I'm pretty organized with my evidence-keeping), Shervin and his team didn't need too much from me and they did a wonderful job putting the case together. There were no surprises money-wise, and I had very little feedback on the materials they sent. My only concern was that I was often not sure of the status of the case; more than once I was given a deadline that passed without updates. I was not in a rush, so I would've preferred being given longer deadlines and having those kept. We eventually filed, and the case was approved very quickly (faster than the expedited timeframe I paid for). Shervin called me himself to deliver the news. I was very happy with his work throughout, he is very knowledgeable of the process and I trusted him completely - and he delivered! He took a case that a different attorney (who had worked with me for years) declined, made it work, and did so without cutting any corners or charging me a premium. I would absolutely work with him again!

My experience with Shervin Abachi was perfect . He expertly guided me through the process of acquiring an O-1B visa for artists, providing me with steady support all the way. All I needed to do was gather the necessary paperwork and follow his advice. Shervin went the extra mile to ensure my applicat...ion was flawless. Without any requests for further evidence, my case was approved in just 22 days, without resorting to premium processing. I was so pleased with his work that I decided to hire him for my EB-1 case as well. Ever since I moved to the US, Shervin has been a pillar of support, not just in legal matters but also in my art-related pursuits. He's been instrumental in dealing with my art-related contracts, and his connections had a significant positive impact on my work. With his expertise and connections in the art world, I am confident that my EB-1 case will also be successful. I would highly recommend Shervin's services to anyone, particularly artists.

Shervin has been an INCREDIBLE lawyer representing my voice in the best possible way and supporting me in achieving a successful result in my green card application. He worked non-stop on my case and was always in touch with me to know my work as an experimental composer and to create irresistible st...atements to defend my case. I highly recommend working with Shervin, specifically if you are an experimental artist!

As a composer, I was lucky enough to be introduced to the renowned Shervin, a specialist in the field with a long track record of success. It didn't take long for me to see his expertise; within three years, he had secured an O-1B visa, and my EB-1 filing was processed without a hitch. However, I was... later hit with an unwelcome Request for Evidence (RFE). I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure, but Shervin remained calm and put together a strong response that ultimately led to approval. The entire process was quick and efficient, and I am absolutely grateful for all the help I received. I was overjoyed to hear that my Green Card had been accepted and would arrive soon. It's time to celebrate! If you are a composer or musician or work in any music or entertainment-related industry, Shervin is your go-to expert.
