It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Shervin Abachi! I initially applied for an O-1 visa with another attorney, which resulted in an RFE and ultimately a denial. Shervin not only turned my case around but also secured an approval—without even receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE). Shervin’...s responsiveness and commitment are truly remarkable. He always got back to me promptly, answered every question with clarity and patience, and made me feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. His professionalism, respect, and determination to deliver the best results truly set him apart. I am incredibly grateful for his expertise and dedication, and I now recommend him enthusiastically to all my friends. If you’re looking for a lawyer who will go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome, Shervin Abachi is the one to call!
