I am from Guyana and I made a mistake while I was in this country. I hired Ms. Pinnock to represent me. I was surprised by how many of the Court personal knew her including the Judge and the Prosecutor. The Judge commended her for presenting such a good case. In the end he approved my case and allowed me to remain in this country. Call Ms. Pinnock for whatever Immigration problems you are facing. She will help you.

My wife hired Ms. Pinnock after immigration arrested me and told me they were trying to deport me back to Trinidad. I heard she was a very good lawyer from a lot of the guys in the jail. Ms Pinnock worked on my case and what impressed me more than anything was how much the Judge respected her. She explained she had a very long history of successful cases. In the long run the Judge approved my case and ordered me to stay in the US.

For the past 25 years I have lived in the US under the shadows with no status. People took advantage of me for many years. I couldn't find work and couldn't support myself. I was referred to JOP by a friend I felt very comfortable with her. She outlined the plan to help me legalize my status. In 3 months I received work card and social for the follow er time. In anothr3 months JOP delivered my hen card. I was finally able to see my family in my country. This woman is a blessing.

After several years of living in this country without any statusI decided to follow my friends advice and see Ma. P. I was scared to death about deportation because I had lived in the shadows for so long. Ms P put my mind at ease and assured me she would take care of my situation. Not only did she help me get a work card which allowed me to get a social security card for the first time but she delivered my green card personally. You cannot imagine the feeling after being in this country for 20 years without documents. For the first time I was able to travel back to my country to see my family who I had not seen in 20 years. Ms P made this possible. I thank God for her. I recommend her to everyone.

I met Ms Pinnock approximately 1 year ago and I returned for a follow up appointment to her Newark office. She took the time to speak with me about my case and explained everything which made me feel very comfortable. I retained her to take care of my case and would recommend her to anyone.

Mr pinnock is very unprofessional, late for all her appointment. I sat in her Brooklyn office for six hours, she doesn't respect your time. The secretaries that works for never deliver messages, never can gives update about your case. It's been three years since I retain mrs pinnock she haven't file any documents what's so ever. All she defend is money. I would never recommend her to anyone I'm very very disappointed in her because she is the same nationality like.

I hired Joanie P after my wife moved out on me before I got the permanent card. I went to several lawyers who could not help me. After I explained the situation to her she figured out I was an abused man. I never knew there was such a thing. She worked so hard on my case which was approved. She delivered my green card to me personally. I told at least 3 of my friends about Joanie P and she helped them too. Bravo Joanie!!

We were introduced to Ms. Joan Pinnock, Attorney-at-Law, by a member of our church, who told us that she's an efficient and professional lawyer, who get things done. At our meeting, Ms. Pinnock greeted us with such enthusiasm and love, that by the time we got through the paperwork and instructions, it seems we had a new family member. She treated us with such respect and love. I have never seen another person who exude such professionalism and heartfelt empathy towards our situation. Now, we are happy to say our case has been completed within 6 months of filing the paperwork. As a result, our daughter now has her work permit and is about to attend college to achieve her dreams. Ms. Pinnock's expertise and her professional staff, has changed her life.
We are very pleased with her services and highly recommend anyone seeking to change their status to contact her at (718)775-3834. We have recommended her to all our family and friends and encouraged anyone reading this review to contact her immediately. You will certainly not regret it.
