Waiver of inadmisability

Harlan York helped me to understand complex law in simple language, while it does not make the law simple, for it is not. I only need to know how the law applies to my personal case. Many lawyers try to confuse you to make you dependent upon them. Harlan York does not do that. He is not confused he i...s confident, and he has the intelligence to communicate to the common man. He is a good listener and grasps the legal as well as the personal feelings of the client. My wife was denied a visa after leaving the country with an approved 601 a waiver. I am fighting to get her back. We were surprised by a State Department claim of fraud, wrapped around a fuzzy legal principle. We felt so helpless. I searched and contacted lawyers from Beijing to NJ, about seven or eight. Harlan York is the best I have met so far in three years working for the immigrant visa, and green card. He is responsive, reassuring and imaginative in his solutions and advice. I just like the guy, that's it.

Excellent Lawyer

Mr Harlan is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney. I had a serious criminal case which could result in immigration issues. Mr Harlan handled our case delicately and assured us best possible results. He responds to queries and emails within hrs. He and his firm is very dedicated towards their... clients. Fantastic immigration lawyer

We worked with Harlan and his team over a nearly year-long process for my husband's green card. The entire team was incredible. They met with us as many times as we needed to help us understand the immigration process and what we could expect, and were always a phone call or email away when we had a ...question (and trust me, we had many). We had a lot of trepidation coming into the process, but Harlan's team made it completely seamless -- it was such a joy and a luxury to be able to focus on other things, like building our life together, while the team handled all of the legal issues. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with immigration (especially green card) needs.

Best Law Firm with THE MOST AMAZING TEAM

I've dealt with a few immigration attorney's regarding my case, but no one was able to resolve my immigration matter and just kept me hanging. It wasn't until I came to Harlan York's firm that I actually had hope of a positive outcome. To cut a long story short - I've waited and wasted almost 15+ yea...rs for my immigration case to end with a positive outcome, which Harlan's team (Lauren and Riki) resolved in 2 1/2 years. Only reason it even took that long was because the court postponed dates; otherwise I'm sure it would've taken much lesser time. Not only did my case get approved, but I'll be receiving my green card within 3 months. Anyone and everyone reading this - PLEASE DO NOT waste your time and money with other attorney's, instead contact Harlan York's Firm ASAP!! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

Deportation Case
