Best Law Firm with THE MOST AMAZING TEAM

I've dealt with a few immigration attorney's regarding my case, but no one was able to resolve my immigration matter and just kept me hanging. It wasn't until I came to Harlan York's firm that I actually had hope of a positive outcome. To cut a long story short - I've waited and wasted almost 15+ yea...rs for my immigration case to end with a positive outcome, which Harlan's team (Lauren and Riki) resolved in 2 1/2 years. Only reason it even took that long was because the court postponed dates; otherwise I'm sure it would've taken much lesser time. Not only did my case get approved, but I'll be receiving my green card within 3 months. Anyone and everyone reading this - PLEASE DO NOT waste your time and money with other attorney's, instead contact Harlan York's Firm ASAP!! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

Deportation Case

Harlan York and Associates helped me with my deportation case and helped me keep my green card. This firm is very thorough and pay attention to every detail which made my case go smoothly. I highly recommend this firm to anyone with any immigration issues.

BEST IMMIGRATION LAWYER PERSON!

Mr. Harlan York is the best immigration attorney I have spoken to. Why? His legal advice and counseling come second. First, I felt treated as a person not a client, with empathy and attention. Second, I was given a chance to speak and explain my situation and never felt at pressure of spending his ti...me and/or uncomfortable while chatting with him. After listening, Mr. York gave me true, precise, specific, and professional advice about my situation. He is very legally alphabetic person. It was not about charging fees, as many other legal aid secretaries ask for before you can even hear the attorney’s voice. With Mr. York, as it has always been, it is about listening and identifying with your case, it is about him wanting to help you, it is about loving what he does, not from the money side, but getting involved to resolve your case. He will not close the door to your face because you cannot pay for a consultation fee. That happened with me. He answered my call personally again today, after almost two years of non-communication. And for free. Finally, what I appreciate the most is his honesty. He is brutally honest, something we see less and less nowadays, especially in the “legal” world. He will listen to you, and if there is not much to be done in one’s case (because of the law) he will tell you straight forward. I wonder where he finds his time to assist so many people like me. At Ease

From the very first consolation with Mr. York to the special day we received our letter that we were approved for a green card, this entire firm made us feel comfortable and that we were in good hands. They responded to phone calls and questions very quickly and efficiently. They were always courteou...s and polite and made us fell we were a special client. If you want to feel at ease about the whole process. Any time we were uncomfortable, we would email them with our situation and immediately they made us feel better. Highly recommended!!!!

I had the best experience with Harlan York & Associates! Just when my husband and I thought it was impossible for me to immigrate to the states without having to miss each other for months, I contacted Mr.York, and he immediately made me feel better about our case. My husband is military and he's s...tationed in North Carolina. Due to his last marriage we can't afford much because he has to pay a lot of child support each month so money is tight. When we explained the situation to Mr. York, he immediately offered to work with us pro bono!!! An absolute gift from heaven as we had given up hope!! My husband and I got married November 10th 2014 and as I'm writing this review its June 29th 2015 and I got approved for my green card last week!! We are so relieved! It wouldn't have even taken this long if it weren't for me having issues gathering the paperwork together! Mr. York and Miss Lauren Anselowitz were there for the whole process, immediately responded to my emails when I had questions, Lauren even called me a couple of days before the interview to give me some advice and tips! She was the one that helped out the most and we could not be happier!! If it weren't for this firm I would've been back in Belgium, separated from my lovely husband! I truly and highly recommend them and my heart goes out to them! We are now living together and getting ready to start a family, without Harlan York & associates we wouldn't have been able to do this! Thank you!!
