Harlan York Works Hard to Keep Families Together

Harlan York and his associates went above and beyond to help me reunite with my wife of eight years and five year old son. I am an active duty Soldier who received government orders to leave Germany and return to the US on short notice. At first, my wife and I decided to begin the visa process on ...our own. But unexpected changes in my government orders and complications with USCIS forced me to leave Germany much sooner than expected without my wife and son. During the immigration process things became extremely complicated while my family and I were apart. What started out as a three month separation drew out for almost 10 months. After exhausting military resources, and trying to navigate the bureaucratic immigration system I became desperate. With little money, and little time, I began emailing every immigration law firm I could from Massachusetts to New York, and New Jersey. After 4 months of trying to find help, only one lawyer replied to my email- Harlan York. Through the email exchange I could sense that Mr. York was genuinely concerned and shocked that a Soldier was having trouble re-uniting with his family. He was thorough with his questions and recommendations; eventually he offered to make time to see me during the holidays. I drove four hours to Harlan York & Associates. I met him and his associate Lauren Anselowitz. Ms. Anselowitz took my case and began to assist me immediately. I left the office relieved and worry free. One month after visiting Harlan York, my wife’s immigration case was resolved and I was reunited with my wife and son soon afterwards. In that short time, I was in contact with Ms. Anselowitz at least once per week. I was constantly updated and always informed. I was very confident my case was being handled by true professionals. Despite my status as a Soldier, and the vast resources soldiers have access to, it took Harlan York and Lauren Anselowitz to help me navigate and resolve a very long, tedious, and stressful experience with the USCIS. And of all the people I reached out to for help, Harlan York was the only one who answered me. I am in such great debt to Harlan York, and I would recommend him to anyone trying to keep their family together. If anyone needs an attorney who understands and respects family, you owe it to your family to visit Harlan York!

Highly recommend!

I have consulted with many attorneys about my difficult case but none were as confident and reassuring as Harlan York. Everybody gave me mixed answers and made me feel insecure. Harlan York gave me enough confidence to get the process started, and I have no regrets about it because my case has succee...ded in a speedy time frame; my 15 years of no status have been solved in the matter of 3 months. My family and I couldn't be happier about the outcome, and I still can't believe that my green card is on the way (we had interview last week). Harlan York is very knowledgeable about immigration procedures and does his best to prepare/represent the case. Their office is very good at communicating with their clients..all my calls and emails were answered in a reasonable time. If you need a good immigration attorney go to Harlan York & Associates. You will not regret it!!! His office is one of the best immigration attorneys in Tri-state area...for immigration assistance he is the one to call.

Harlan York and Associates: a review

Harlan York and Associates were first class in dealing with my particular immigration passage to the United States. Professional and attentive, Harlan and his team were always available to me via phone or email. I was constantly kept on top of my status by Harlan and his ability to clearly and accu...rately explain to me each step of the process was hugely helpful. They represented me and my case with complete professionalism and commitment. They were able to do all of this while I was in Ireland which speaks to their dedication, skill and knowledge of the often complex area of immigration law. Harlan York and Associates are the last word in immigration issues and I would strongly and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who has US immigration issues or questions of any kind. Harlan York and Associates are simply the best at what they do.

Harlan York and Associates is the best immigration law firm I have come across. Harlan is an exceptional attorney with an equally incredible staff working with him. I was blown to see how different and professional he is from the other attorneys. So, far my interaction with Harlan and his team has be...en outstanding. By taking my case I would say, Harlan has accepted one of the worst cases where USCIS had gone out of their own mandate to the point of actually being ridiculous. I would like to say that he is simply superb and more than that, very knowledgeable regarding immigration matters. He has been very patient with me to help me fight my frustrations and finally the most important thing about them is if you send them an email or call with a question they will call/email you back the same day. I would like to emphasize a little more on this point, knowing how frustrating it gets when you don’t get to hear back from your attorney. Harlan responds even at midnight. I absolutely recommend Harlan York to everyone out there who is looking for a professional team to be on their side to deal with any immigration matter.
