Mr. York - The Best Immigration Lawyer From All Points Of View

When I first came to Mr. York, I was overwhelmed by the American immigration process, lost and confused by the complexity of this matter, but he was able to start quickly and move me forward through the paperwork. He was very reassuring and professional in his handling of my case that finalized exact...ly the way Mr. York told me from the beginning. I had and I will continue to highly recommend him to anybody who needs help in immigration. Why? Because he is THE BEST!

The best

Hiring Harlan York and Associates was one of the best decisions I have had made. I had the pleasure to work with Mr York and Mr Roney. I was convinced from the beginning that I had the best representation. Not a single thing was taken for granted. Everything was thoroughly investigated and researched.... The team was very knowledgeable and the work was thorough. Everyone was very friendly. They were available every time I needed them and answered every question I had. In the end they made sure I was equipped with everything I needed and well prepared. Hats off to the team.

Super Exelente abogado!!! 100% lo Recomiendo!

Mr. York y su Asociados- Lauren hicieron un magnífico trabajo en mi caso con mi green card después de tener 2 casos de arrestos graves el y Lauren me ayudaron a conseguir lo soñado que era tener mi Targeta Verde salí del País al consolado y todo me salió como el dijo que saldría.... Antes de visitarl...o a él visité a 4 diferentes abogados y los 4 dijeron que tenía que esperar una ley que me amparará por mis dos arrestos el día que visite a Mr. York el me dio una esperanza junto con Ms.Lauren no les miento y tube mis dudas ya que 4 me dijeron que no se podía hacer nada y el me dijo que siii que primero nos en focariamos en los dos casos y así fue fueron 18 meses que espere luego tuve mi cita en el consulado en mi país y gracias a Mr. York y Ms. Lauren pude obtener mi Recidencia y ya tengo 6 meses legal con mi Green Card y mi Licencia de conducir.. My Removal Proceedings was granted.

It's my greatest joy that Harlan York took my Removal proceedings case and they stood by me till the end of my case and Maggie was assigned to my case, their support and encouragement really made me feel at ease even when my case had not been resolved. But at last, Immigration Judge granted my case a...nd i really commend their effort on my case. I will be more than willing to recommend them to friends and families with similar immigration cases or any immigration case whatsoever. Harlan York is up to the task and they are very experienced.

My case was approved.

My case was complicated. Expired H1-B, declined F1 Visa, failed previous marriage attempts and in a removal procedure. On top of that, the recent strict policies by the immigration authorities. In such a situation when my hope to get a respectable status in US was on a demise, Mr. Harlan York took m...y case with great confidence and appointed one of the best attorneys in his law firm, Ms Maggie Dunsmuir to help me out. Long story short, my case was approved, I got my i130 followed by green card. Can you believe this? Yes, this can happen when you go with HARLAN York Law firm for your immigration issues and your helper is Ms Maggie Dunsmuir. These people are doing awesome job in Newark NJ. I have found them very professional, very confident and aggressive fighters. First they helped me complete my all legal paper work required, charged the Fees and involved no emotions. Yes, they can be less sympathetic when you are emotionally distressed because of your situation but they will be very aggressive on legal grounds to fight for your rights in the courts. I did nt have any criminal background and I am qualified worker. With that, I am especially overwhelmed by their professionalism with which they proved in the court that I was a bonafide husband and a responsible citizen. I would just like to add that a fruitful completion of my case would not have been possible without the sheer determination and persistence of Attorney, Ms Maggie, who fought my case for two year. This is what we call a true success!
