My case was approved.

My case was complicated. Expired H1-B, declined F1 Visa, failed previous marriage attempts and in a removal procedure. On top of that, the recent strict policies by the immigration authorities. In such a situation when my hope to get a respectable status in US was on a demise, Mr. Harlan York took m...y case with great confidence and appointed one of the best attorneys in his law firm, Ms Maggie Dunsmuir to help me out. Long story short, my case was approved, I got my i130 followed by green card. Can you believe this? Yes, this can happen when you go with HARLAN York Law firm for your immigration issues and your helper is Ms Maggie Dunsmuir. These people are doing awesome job in Newark NJ. I have found them very professional, very confident and aggressive fighters. First they helped me complete my all legal paper work required, charged the Fees and involved no emotions. Yes, they can be less sympathetic when you are emotionally distressed because of your situation but they will be very aggressive on legal grounds to fight for your rights in the courts. I did nt have any criminal background and I am qualified worker. With that, I am especially overwhelmed by their professionalism with which they proved in the court that I was a bonafide husband and a responsible citizen. I would just like to add that a fruitful completion of my case would not have been possible without the sheer determination and persistence of Attorney, Ms Maggie, who fought my case for two year. This is what we call a true success!

An extremely knowledgeable and dedicated attorney

Mr. York resolved an extremely difficult deportation case that I faced. I went to many attorneys that couldn't help at all and and didnt know the law well enough in order to approach my case. Mr. York is extremely knowledgeable and approached my case from many angles possible. Mr. York took his tim...e to examine everything about my case. He then executed a plan and did get the board of immigration appeals to reopen my case leading to a green card and evetually US citizenship. Mr. York and team did resolve my deportation case and now I'm a US citizen. In addition , Mr. York did the same for 3 family members that also had extremely difficult cases. All those family members did get their green cards and US citizenship.

Best immigration lawyer

My husband and I consulted Willians and Baker they took the case. We got charge for application fees, lawyer fees and our case was untouched for almost 3 years.
