Excellent for immigration

I have few issues like traffic ticket related. And York handled very well in my citizenship process.

Saved Me From Deportation

Mr. York has been a great, honest lawyer in all the years I have known him. He saved me from deportation and helped me keep my legal status. I have recommended people to him and he has always been honest with them. He won't just take their money.

Excellent Lawyer, Highly Recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Harlan York very recently. He represented me on a case and was very pleased with the entire process. Above all, I was extremely happy with his accessibility. The staff is very friendly and always answered my questions when I called. Mr. York is extremely good ab...out getting back to you with any questions. It never went for more than a few hours before getting a return call from him. He responds to his emails almost instantly. I have worked with other attorneys in NY, NJ, and CA and have not been this satisfied until I found Mr. York. Communication is the outmost important factor for me when working with an attorney and I was very happy with how smooth and easy it was communicating with Mr. York and his staff. I highly recommend Mr. Harlan York.

A Responsive Attorney

Mr. York is the type of attorney to pick up his personal cell phone while with family to resolve an issue for a client and he did just that in an emergency situation that I experienced. In addition, he would reply to emails while on vacation and again he did just that "replied to all my emails" whil...e he was with family. Knowing Mr. York for over 10 years now, he is a wonderful person inside out and extremely friendly, honest and polite and most important, he knows the law very well.

HARLAN YORK & ASSOCIATES

Being a British Citizen married to a US Citizen it was obvious at some point I was going to need to apply for my Green Card. I knew nothing on how to go about this and found online help confusing.
