Harlan York and Associates is the best immigration law firm I have come across. Harlan is an exceptional attorney with an equally incredible staff working with him. I was blown to see how different and professional he is from the other attorneys. So, far my interaction with Harlan and his team has be...en outstanding. By taking my case I would say, Harlan has accepted one of the worst cases where USCIS had gone out of their own mandate to the point of actually being ridiculous. I would like to say that he is simply superb and more than that, very knowledgeable regarding immigration matters. He has been very patient with me to help me fight my frustrations and finally the most important thing about them is if you send them an email or call with a question they will call/email you back the same day. I would like to emphasize a little more on this point, knowing how frustrating it gets when you don’t get to hear back from your attorney. Harlan responds even at midnight. I absolutely recommend Harlan York to everyone out there who is looking for a professional team to be on their side to deal with any immigration matter.

As my husband and I were navigating the process to obtain his green card, we ran into an unexpected problem and needed legal counsel. My husband and I received pro...mpt, capable, and responsive guidance and service every step of the way and were treated with the utmost respect and compassion. Experience with Harlan York and associates

When we reached out to Mr. Harlan York and associates, we had been unsuccessfully trying to correct a seemingly easy naturalization issue for almost two years by ourselves and other lawyers, The other lawyers did try to help, but told us that this was in fact a very difficult case and they did not se...em confident about a solution. On the contrary, our experience with Mr. York was very positive. Mr.York and his colleagues gave us a renewed sense of hope and confidence that put our minds at ease. They helped us throughout the process by answering all our questions and were very responsive at every step of the way. We really can not thank them enough for resolving the issue in the best way possible.

A kind heart

I am a mental health counselor who works with immigrants in Portland, Maine. I consulted with Harlan about a difficult case that I am passionate about, and Harlan offered his services for free. He consulted with a local immigration/legal firm to be sure they were doing everything they could do...I am... very thankful to come across a lawyer with a kind heart!!

Top Notch Immigration Lawyer!

Harlan York and his team were absolutely amazing. Our immigration case was a little bit compicated but Harlan was there with us every step of the way. We could always rely on Harlan to answer any questions or concerns at any hour of the day / night and in a language that we could understand. We al...ways felt as if we were a top priority to Harlan and his team, even on matters that weren't related specifically to this case. I would highly recommend Harlan York to anyone who is looking for assistance with an immigration case.
