Green Card

Thank you Mr. York for taking my case, it was very long process but the end result was the most satisfactory outcome a person can expect. Very professional and very honest. I highly recommend Harlan York. He is the best lawyer in the Tri- state area.

The best

Hiring Harlan York and Associates was one of the best decisions I have had made. I had the pleasure to work with Mr York and Mr Roney. I was convinced from the beginning that I had the best representation. Not a single thing was taken for granted. Everything was thoroughly investigated and researched.... The team was very knowledgeable and the work was thorough. Everyone was very friendly. They were available every time I needed them and answered every question I had. In the end they made sure I was equipped with everything I needed and well prepared. Hats off to the team.

Adjustment of Status (Extremely difficult case)

The reason I hired Mr. York was because he successfully obtained green cards for other family members 15 years ago. Those family members had extremely difficult cases that involved final orders of deportation (A nightmare!) My case was also a deportation case that took about 15 years until I receiv...ed my green card. In the course of the 15 years, Mr. York showed guidance to EXTREME extents from calling us on weekends to answering emails right away when we needed answers. Mr. York is beyond extraordinary pertaining to expertise, professionalism, and patience. We had zero hope in this case until we went to Mr. York 15 years ago. As a result, my case was reopened, remanded and I did get my green card. I’m now on the path to citizenship, a path that I would have never thought or dreamt to be on.

Best immigration lawyer in NJ

Adjust of Status

When a number of immigration lawyers were unable to handle my immigration case, Mr Harlon York accepted it hold heartedly , His experiences, dedication, knowledge of update laws and commitments together with his staff are superb ! My case was like a piece of cake for him! I thought that i would neve...r be able to adjust my status after 10 years but he made it possible. I would proudly recommended him to the universe because he is genuine, brilliant and can find a solution for every immigration matter.
