I found Eric very knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. I only had two meetings with him, one to hand over the copy documents and a second time to sign the various forms.I got my EAD & Advance Parole in three months and my Green Card in the fourth month. Excellent service. Will recommend highly to anyone who needs help with immigration.

Me and my husband were searching for an attorney online and found Eric, here on Avvo. The reviews were excellent so we decided to set up an appointment with him. Once we left a request with his secretary, Eric called us within a couple of hours to discuss our case. He was very outgoing and at the same time attentive to all the details. Eric is for sure, a people person, he accommodated and worked around our busy schedules to set up an appointment.
First we've tried to file everything ourselves, for me to get the green card and we've messed up some forms. At our first appointment with Eric, he right away pointed out at the mistakes while just glancing at our case. After we left his office we felt released and knew for sure that we're in good hands. He gave us the list of things we needed to do in order to fix everything and we diligently followed all of his instructions. During all time he was here for us, 24/7 with immediate response time, answering any questions we may have. Our interview took us about 20 minutes and the USCIS officer barely asked any questions since he had Everything in front of him and that was all due to Eric and his team!
We would happily recommend Eric to anyone seeking help with their immigration case, Eric is The Best in his field!
Thank you Eric!

Eric is a very knowledgeable attorney. It is not surprise he has so many positive reviews, because he has delivered. The same was in my case. We successfully overcame the hurdle of removal of condition. Although it took a long time, thanks to USCIS delays, Eric’s instincts were mostly right all along. During the course of my case, he and his staff have been very responsive and usually responded the same day to my queries. He is incredibly patient, cool demeanor, straight forward, objective and practical. On the day of my interview, his firm represented me in a professional manners. No gimmicks or false expectations, just pure facts. His legal knowledge and support is exemplary and I have experienced it firsthand. He is an attorney whose judgment and guidance you can safely trust and is unfazed even during uncertainty.

Eric Mark is your 'MEDICINE'for your immigration case. Previously I was working with two different lawyers but it was useless. I had a very complex case . I don't want to go into details but I rather mention that my 601 waiver was not approved three times. When I met Eric Mark for the first time I felt instance confidence . Soon,me and my husband had an interview in USA in January 2015,but to our surprise again we were not approved. It was such a disappointment....
In spite of that ,you can't give up with Eric Mark. Erik Mark decided to appeal our denial in Washington DC He was very enthusiastic about it .I gather all required materials to start our appeal.Needless to say ,Eric Mark was there for 24/7 to answer your emails or calls. And trust me, with anxiety you have at that time it is a bit annoying ,but not for him .
Now , it was a time for agonizing wait with AAO department . I must mention that Eric Mark was very supportive for all the time .It is so important to have a lawyer with kind HEART!!! After 7 months of agonizing wait , I received an email from my awesome LAWYER : Congratulation We WON !!!!!!!!!!! Appeal is Approved !
Tears from intense happiness, endless JOY to win frozen endless case !!! What a great feeling to WIN along with super professional lawyer and staff ! If you don't want to lose your precious time, start working with Eric Mark today ! He is a real PRO!

Hiring law office of Eric M Mark was one of the best decisions l've made. They pulled all the stops and turns to deliver the best outcome for my case, and they did it in a manner that was impressive every step of the way. Making sure that as their client l was fully aware of what was going on and guiding me through the entire process as involved as possible. very happy that I found MR. Mark & MRS. Musarra I highly recommend them to anyone know who needs representation in criminal defense.

Words cannot begin to describe the gratitude and complete satisfaction that I have for Eric Mark. He has went above and beyond my expectations and I sincerely believe that if I had retained any other immigration attorney besides Eric, my final outcome would have ended in demise. I am Permanent Resident Green Card Holder living in the United States for the past 41 years since 1975. I never even knew anything about deportations or ICE.
My story begins when I was entering JFK airport in 2-2014 from India and the Customs officer noticed an arrest from 2007. It was a misdemeanor and I had a conditional discharge of which I successfully completed. I never payed a fine or served any jail time. I received a deferred inspection in Philadelphia bc my 5 year old son was with me at the time.
I appeared twice in Philadelphia immigration court and both times they agreed that I did not have a deportable offense. They told me to fill out cancellational of removal papers and gave me a court date 7 months later. I missed the date of 3-3-2016. Well on 6-23-2016 ICE agents came to my door and took me away to Essex County Detention Facilty. The judge had ordered me deported in absentia for missing my court date for a non deportable offense. DEPORTED!!! Not a fine, not a couple of days in jail...DEPORTED!
While in custody for 3 weeks, I heard from one of the other detainees about an aggressive attorney by the name of Eric Mark. I hired Eric and he came to see me in ECCF almost immediately on a Sunday. He patiently took notes as I told him my story but mentioned that this could get ugly very quickly and took my case very seriously since the judge had issued a final order of deportation.
Within a week of that consult, on 7-24-2016, I was on a plane being duped about going to another detention facilty in Louisianna. Everyone told me that they don't deport to India and that if I didn't cooperate then they couldn't get travel documents but this is all a lie. This was an actual staging area for deportations which was right inside the airport in a converted hanger building. I called Eric immediately upon arriving there and he got to work throughout the weekend. 3 days later I was on an ICE plane shackled like a dog being deported along with about 85 other India and Bangladeshians. This plane had about 20 ICE agents to accompany us for the long 30 hour flight through California, Marshall Islands, Hawaii, Guam , Phillpipines, Bangladesh and then New Delhi India.
I went through every emotion my poor son, shock, disbelief, anger, resentment, depression, suicidal, and outright inconsolable sadness that after 41 years in this country and working as a professional that this is the end result.
As the plane flew from California borders, I gave up hope of any last minute heroics of a stay of deportation.
What I didn't realize was that my attorney Eric Mark was working hard and had almost never given up. He appeared before the immigration judge and thought that it was too late because my plane had already left the California coast. After finding out that my plane needed to make additional stops on US soil to refuel, he reapproached the immigration judge and convinced him to reopen the case because of the merits of my situation.
In a MIRACULOUS series of events, I was taken off the plane in Guam. The judge had agreed and accepted Eric's motion to reopen the case. I spent another month in Guam Detention. I finally was returned and my case was completely terminated the day before my hearing on 9-21-16.
No other attorney would be able to pull off this MIRACLE! No other attorney would be able to give you straight up answers about your case, immediate response time, cell phone service 24-7. No other attorney would be focused on results rather than trying to hustle you for more money. If you are considering an attorney for your defense, I urge you to strongly consider Eric Mark as I did. Thank you Eric!
I am a client for life!

My immigration case was a complicated one due to missing documentation. For many years I sought assistance from multiple attorneys, most from large well respected law firms. They would listen to my situation and confidently state they could find a solution. One after the other, they would take their initial fees (which were typically very high) and then I would not hear from them further. Upon pressing for answers and updates, they would respond that it was impossible for me to obtain legalized status. This went on for years and I became hopeless and discouraged.
Then I came to find Eric Mark through a family member referral. To be honest, I was hesitant in the beginning as I’ve been taken for a ride by so many before him and he seemed to be so young. What could someone so young in the field do, where so many older more distinguished attorneys could not do?
Eric Mark brought fresh ideas and the kind of out of the box thinking that was both refreshing and uplifting. He was honest and set expectations of the process to come and possible outcomes right from the start. Throughout the process I felt I actually had someone in my corner that not only knew the laws inside and out but also knew where to look for answers and opportunities that many have never brought to my attention (or possibly knew about). Thanks to Eric I now have received my Green Card! This would never have been possible if not for Eric and his in-depth knowledge of the laws as well as his continuous effort and follow up. If you have even the most complex immigration case, I highly recommend you seek out Eric Mark.

I am very thankful to Eric Mark. He is a very honest and brilliant lawyer and I'm very grateful he was able to reunite me with my son. My son was in ICE custody facing deportation, it was the worse time of my life. Prior to retaining Eric to defend my son's deportation of a very complicated case, I was scared and left with no hope. I was told by two other lawyers that were highly recommended, that my son would definitely get deported and I should make preparations for his deportation. One of these lawyers took my money knowing he would eventually turn my son's case down. When I called Eric, he gave me hope and told me my son's case was worth fighting for and I should trust he's telling me what the truth. Eric is very understanding, I don't know how I would be able to afford him, he gave me a payment plan I was comfortable with. Eric came thru for me and my son's case was finally dismissed by ICE. I can't thank Eric enough for his dedication and hard work in getting my son released. I would highly recommend him because he made things happen for me when other attorneys just gave me a run around. My entire Family is grateful for Eric's hard word.

I am writing this strong recommendation on behalf of my immigration attorney, Eric Mark, Esq. because I have had an exceptional experience with him and a positive outcome to my case. I initially found Mr. Mark on the internet and was so impressed by his background, reputation, and positive ratings from other clients that I decided to use his services even though I live in Jersey City and his office is located in Newark, New Jersey. While I could have found a local immigration attorney, I felt instantly comfortable and impressed by Mr. Mark on the phone that I decided to work with him remotely. My case was a F2B/F1 with adjustment of status and EAD, and he handled it with such intelligence and thoroughness that I was approved in 8 months time. It was so helpful when he personally came for my Green Card Interview. I can proudly say that, thanks to Mr. Mark, I now have my green card and cannot fully express how pleased I am with his services, skill, and responsiveness as an immigration attorney. I highly encourage other immigration clients around the country to consider his services, even if you do not reside in New Jersey. He is the best in his field!
