Randy Grossman, of counsel to Rothenberg, Rubenstein, Berliner & Shinrod, LLC, has extensive litigation experience handling complex matters, and has appeared in both administrative and state courts. His areas of practice include the following: personal injury; workers' compensation; defective products; construction accidents; asbestos and toxic exposures; wrongful discharge; social security disability; corporate, commercial litigation; matrimonial law; municipal, criminal law; FELA/Railroad Workers representation; and nursing home negligence. Before joining Rothenberg, Rubenstein, Berliner & Shinrod, LLC, Mr. Grossman was a partner at Greenberg, Walden & Grossman LLC.
Mr. Grossman is certified as a Workers' Compensation Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He has also appeared in the New Jersey Law Journal for obtaining one of the top 20 personal injury awards of the 1999 court year for his client, who received an award of $4.16 million.
Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Grossman has volunteered for the New Jersey Bar Foundation's Mock Trial Program, where he served as attorney-advisor for a Hudson county high school in its county and state competitions. In addition, he is a swimming and golf enthusiast; and is conversational in American Sign Language.
