Bill Lane is the managing partner of O’Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble, LLC. The law firm has been identified as a “Best Law Firm” by US News and World Report. Bill is a leading plaintiff’s Personal Injury Litigator, with a special emphasis in Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death and Hospital Negligence. Bill is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rutgers University, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia.
Having started off his legal career in a medical malpractice defense firm, Bill obtained invaluable experience that has led to much success in his representation of injured parties and their families in the prosecution of medical malpractice and other personal injury matters.
Bill has received numerous honors, including the designation of “Super Lawyer” in New Jersey Monthly Magazine from 2008 to the present. In addition he was previously identified as a “Rising Star” in New Jersey Monthly Magazine from 2006 to 2007. Bill has also been selected as one of New Jersey’s 10 Leaders in Civil Trial and Personal Injury Law (age 45 and under), and as one of the New York Area’s Top Rated Lawyers. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Bill is a member of numerous professional associations including the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the New Jersey State Bar and Union County Bar Associations, Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).
