Reliable and trustworthy attorney for green card

Lloyd is a very competent, knowledgeable and reliable attorney who helped me to get my green card. I would recommend his services to anyone as he has proven to get results.

Bailed Out On Me

Very friendly, nice guy lawyer. Lloyd said he preferse to deal with my insurance company with a friendly attitude despite the fact they refused to give me help on my eye injury after a work related accident on a faulty folk lift. After the insurance company PMA insurance group sent me to multiple eye... doctors that stated that the injury was a direct results of the accident. They told Lloyd they won't cover any eye related injury. He backed them up and said they wont do any thing further for my eye. They sent me to multiple doctors and surgeons who agree I need surgery and that as a direct result of the accident I am permanently disabled. My condition has slowly and steadily gotten worse but was wating for some newer disc repairing technology to repair my neck, Lloyd desided that because I wont have the older surgery techniques, he refused to open my case. This means i'm on my own. Any further degeneration of my body is my problem because of his choice.

I am truly sorry you are feeling that my choice has had a negative consequence for you. Your accident was over 15 years ago and your case was reopened several times over the years to allow you additional time to decide if you wanted the treatment presented by the board certified doctors. Unfortunately, each time I reopened it you decided not to pursue the medical options presented that may have helped you and the time has now expired. This is why its important to consider your medical options when they are presented to you during the case. I wish you the best of luck in the future.
