A Strong Voice for Employees Who Have Been Wronged.
Vincent is a Member of the Firm with Resnick Law Group, P.C., a New Jersey and New York employment law firm. He began practicing law in 2000 and has nearly two decades of experience as an employment lawyer. He represents employees in all aspects of employment law, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblowing, wrongful discharge, breach of employment contract, severance issues, WARN Act, wage and hour disputes, and family and medical leave issues.
Prior to joining Resnick Law Group, Vincent practiced employment law at Lowenstein Sandler PC, representing businesses and management in employment law litigation and counseling matters. Vincent also served as in-house employment counsel to a major pharmaceutical company, handling legal matters for its nationwide sales force. Having practiced employment law from the employer-side as both outside and inside counsel, Vincent now leverages that invaluable experience to benefit his employee clients.
Vincent has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine (2010, 2014, and 2015). He has also been recognized for his commitment to pro bono legal services with an Outstanding Volunteer Lawyer Award issued by Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, several annual Pro Bono Awards issued by Lowenstein Sandler PC, and a Certificate of Appreciation issued by Essex County Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children.
Vincent is an oft-published author on employment law issues, and contributes to a legal blog as a resource for the public. He is a member of the Essex County Bar Association (for which he previously served as Young Lawyer Trustee) and the New Jersey State Bar Association, and is a former member of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.
Vincent graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Applied Science in 1997, and received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000. He is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts of New Jersey. He has lived in New Jersey for virtually his entire life.
Vincent was quoted in The Star Ledger, in an article entitled "What To Do When Employers Ask for Facebook Login?" He was also quoted in The Star Ledger and was video-interviewed in connection with his involvement in a community service activity to benefit inner-city children, an event that he personally co-chaired.
