I used Mr. Bianchi for my civil case. No other attorney wanted the case, but I knew of his reputation for being an aggressive trial attorney and that was what I needed. He was extremely creative in my case, and very successful in the results. He was excellent and I could tell that the civil attorn...eys were not as skilled and accomplished as he was in a courtroom. He has a very commanding presence and it was clear that the other attorneys and judge respected his skills. I have also referred every friend who has had both civil and criminal cases. Mr. Bianchi is the real deal. He is incredibly prepared and to watch him in court is truly amazing. Sitting in court and seeing other attorneys, it is so obvious that Mr. Bianchi is skilled and talented beyond simple education and experience of his peers. It is really something to watch. He is also honest, easy to deal with, humble, and always returns calls. I never once questioned his dedication and skill. Awesome trial attorney…the “real deal”!

While conflicted in regard to the overal service provided V the cost of my case, this has no bearing on my review or opinion regarding this firm. Fact is, good representation cost. That said, I was then, and continue to remain very impressed by Robert. He is incredibly personable, is (overly) expe...rienced, knowledgable in many if not all areas of law, informative and very calming to the client, add the fact he has all the credentials - he is far more than capable. I would absolutely recommend without hesitation. As straight a shooter as you will find. Sadly, I was slightly less pleased with David. Even though this kid is a certified killer. To his credit, he provided me constant updates in regard to my case and stayed on me to remain prepared. A little polish and sky is the limit for this young man. Robert has him a great one in the making here. And makes an overall excellent choice to run his 'point'. A very bright future for certain. That all said, if I ever needed legal service again these are the gentleman I'd choose to represent me. Without any hesitation. And I'm not sure I could provide a greater endorsement than that.
