Miracle Worker!

When I got divorced (2+ years ago), I was pressured to agree to the parenting schedule that my ex-wife proposed in order to settle and avoid court. This arrangement was fragmented and left my ex-wife with more time. Before approaching Weinberger, I had spoken with 3 or 4 other lawyers. All of them to...ld me that it's impossible to change the schedule so soon after getting divorced. When I spoke with Jennifer Varga at Weinberger, she worked with me to come up with a strategy to approach the situation. We eventually filed a motion and made the impossible possible. In court, she kept her cool while the adversary did not. Jennifer stuck to the facts and the judged granted us to undergo an evaluation by a Child and Adolescent Psychologist. We eventually got an equal parenting time schedule and were able to settle with a consent order that also put many other tools & arrangements into place to help facilitate several post-divorce issues that came up. Jennifer has a confident demeanor that helps her with negotiations inside & outside court, explains processes thoroughly, pays very close attention to details, follows up quickly, always makes herself available to chat (even when she's out of office!) and is a kind-hearted and caring mother. Jennifer is honest and would always let me know if my expectation were unrealistic. When I got caught up in my own emotions, she kindly roped me back into reality. Thank you Weinberger for being there when I needed you and thank you Jennifer. You are a miracle worker!

The best law firm ever , and the best lawyers, staff .... I knew from the first time I talked with my lawyer that I could trust her recommendations, I just walked through everything blindly with them .... grateful to worked with them before even consulting any other firm .... amazing representation I WON

I cannot express my level of Gratitude to Bari, her colleagues and this FIRM! A level of professionalism which I rarely see these days in business. Passionate, empathetic and a level of knowledge of New Jersey Divorce Case Law that catapulted my cause. I was completely shaken, broken and destined ...to lose so much regarding my child custody situation. I just thought I hit a dead end. I was referred to Bari and from the moment we first talked I was completely transformed. Her ability to break my case down into a means I could completely understand and then lay out paths of options which we could choose to take TOGETHER gave me incredible confidence, relaxation and faith. A HUGE THANK YOU to The Weinberger Law Group (Parsippany) , Komal Ullah Esq., Jaclyn Kahn Esq. and Bari Weinberger Esq. I have to mention all three because each deserve an acknowledgment of their family law expertise like no other attorneys that you may find. The Weinberger Law Group has represente...d me in my post divorce litigation for over 4 years and has always risen above and beyond any adversary. The amount of knowledge just one of these great attorneys I mentioned posses, is equivalent to a handful of others. For the curious looking at reviews, for those looking to hire top notch attorneys, I am a male and praise The Weinberger Law Firm and their Prestigious group. My post divorce litigation involved obtaining more parenting time with my children, parenting time obstruction by my ex-wife, child support, constant false allegations of domestic violence and pretty much a large list of evilness brought forth in motions filed by her. Komal Ullah Esq. and Jaclyn Kahn Esq. have recently (6/2016) represented me in an extremely lengthy matter with my ex-wife which could have HAD significant impact in my livelihood. Once again, I had no worry in the world with this firm representing me, even against her “big shot” attorneys who cost her double.
