Compassionate and Professional

Professional yet warm, tough but kind... You know the type! Bari is a wonderful family law/divorce attorney who navigated our family through a pretty tricky divorce that involved property in another state, a father who was moving to California, you name it... She handled everything with utmost profes...sionalism and speed. And my 4-year old even loved her. Can't say enough good things. Really, if you are in NJ and want someone compassionate and thorough on your side, she's the one!

I Highly Recommend Weinberger Law Group!

I was so happy to have Bari and her outstanding team of attorneys representing me in my divorce. Everyone at the firm is so honest, knowledgeable, has excellent moral character and treated me with respect. They obviously take their work seriously and they got the job done in a professional and timel...y manner. They were straight shooters from the outset but also very kind. I could not have retained a better law firm. I would absolutely recommend Weinberger Law Group to anyone.

Family first lawyer

I found Bari and her team to be extremely ethical. They truly put my family first. When I came to her office at the outset responding to a claim of divorce hoping to reconcile, she immediately called my wife's lawyer and advocated to try and see if we could look to reconcile before moving forward. ... Who does that? She remained as decent and honest throughout and was extremely responsive and on point with her counsel. I owe a great deal of debt to her for what she did to help preserve my place in my children's lives. She is an outstanding lawyer and I would higly recommend her to anyone looking for the best person in New Jersey to represent you through what is one of the toughest experiences of your life. Additionally be sure to review all of the information Bari puts out their on her website to help you improve your understanding of the whole process as well as issues that arise. It is an excellent resource.

Strong Recommendation

I've always followed this rule: Once you've found what you're looking for, stop looking. I'd had experience with family attorneys. But, earlier this year, when I met and interviewed Bari Weinberger, I stopped looking. I retained Bari to represent me to enforce provisions in my divorce agreement. The ...objective was compliance without the need for court. These adjectives apply to her representation: knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, reliable, tough, savvy, successful.

I highly recommend Ms. Weinberger

Ms. Weinberger hwas able to deal with a most difficult situation of 4 years duration, was able to turn around a case in which a previous attorney made serious errors, and advocate in a strong but not hostile fashion with the judge and other attorney. Her approach was completely successful. The chal...lenge was coping with a deliberately malicious x husband who was psychologically abusvie of the children, but disturbed and machiavellian enough to make up consistent lies about the situation. Ms Weinberger's expertise helped us devote attention to the children's feelings. She was tenacious in this focus and over time the father had to back off at the insistence of outside evluators. It was Ms. WEinberger's knowledge of the nuances of family law cases, the best needs of the children, as well as successful litigation practices, that made this case successful with the children getting the utlimate proper protection. Also as an attorney she would always respond within the same day to any phone call or email, even on weekends, thus making me feel not alone in my difficult case
