Personal experience with the Bari Weinberger Law Group

After 18 years of litigation in the Family Court of NJ I needed an experienced Attorney/Law Firm that was capable of handling my extremely challenging case and I was fortunate enough to be referred to Bari Weinberger of the Weinberger Law Group. Bari Weinberger as well as her colleagues and paralega...ls are professional, friendly, highly-organized and extremely dedicated. From day one her primary motive was to protect my interest and she did with true professionalism. Bari stopped at nothing to make sure she found what she needed to address my case. She was prompt with her responses and very clear in her communications. My questions were always answered, I was kept up to date on all proceedings and my input was always respected. As a Trial Attorney her performance was second to none and her approach to cross examination was aggressive as she left no stone unturned. I would HIGHLY recommend the Bari Weinberger Law Group.

Simply the Best in NJ

usually the reasons to retain a family Lawyer are not all the pleasant! a lot of tension, emotions etc. occurr in those situations of life and well, usually we also do not know how to find a good family lawyer and by what criteria to select them...Searching the Internet Weinberger Law Group shows pro...minently but while you might think that this is just a great marketing deal to get to the top of search engines you will find out that there is more to it. Just compare whatever is available on the www.....there is no other law firm in NJ that puts so much effort into a lot of information around every topic that matters in the context of a divorce than Weinberger. This web page is extremely helpful while most other sites just show faces (how useful is that:), a map and a phone number...Well, Weinberger offers also a free consultation and I decided to check out if there real experiences matches the great web presentation...Bari herself was available for that free consultation! what a woman or as somebode else wrote: what a gem!. this woman gives you right away all the confidence you need to calm down, to trust that there is a solution to all your quetions and that she is the knowledgable and expereinced partner you need. There is now problem that would she would not have a list of (sometimes creative) options at hand to solve the issue, she is extremely fast, very energetic but also caring and compassionate, she is very communicative and transparent in all her actions...she is there for you and she fights for what you want without an own agenda driven by an ego (as i have seen it with other lawyers). she will look for compromise and the most amicable way to solve an issue, but if needed you know she will fight her way through. Bari has a lovely personality and the combination of experience, knowledge, clear guidance, creativity, ability to succeed and that wonderful personality are very rare and make her and her Law Group ( very nice paralegals and other lawyers that are there for you as well) a really great experience.

You have the key, but WLG will unlock the door to your future!

I was daunted and beleaguered wife when I walked into the offices of Weinberger Law Group. One year later, I walked out as a woman with her self respect intact and her financial independence restored. It was in no small part due to the legal expertise, guidance and advocacy of this fine group of... people. Throughout the difficult divorce process, the Weinberger attorneys dealt effectively with the opposing side. I felt confident that their professional deportment and skillful handling of every detail enabled me to settle for all I was entitled to under the law. Their advice kept me focused on my future and kept me from falling prey to the legal manipulations at play. The hardest part of divorce is realizing you need one. Absolutely Worth the Investment!

I retained WLG to represent my interests in a highly contentious post-divorce custody matter. They exceeded my expectations and provided competent counsel that produced the results my family needed. I recommend them 110% and am especially pleased to endorse Allison Holzman, Esq. Allison was except...ional in her legal knowledge, courtroom presence, appropriately setting my expectations and guiding me through what ultimately was a very protracted litigation. I hired another firm for my initial divorce--going the inexpensive route--and paid for that mistake in the long-run with incompetent counsel. After hiring WLG post-divorce, I was able to see the difference and there is no comparison--these folks are 100% dedicated to the practice of family law. Divorce is an emotional process with lasting implications. Definitely do your due diligence when hiring any firm to represent your interests and choose the one that is best for you. I can honestly say that WLG was worth every dime and was the very best for me. I highly recommend them.
