Weinberger Family Law Group

The Weinberger Law Firm is a highly professional group of attorneys. My family retained the service of Sylvia Breitowich. She accomplished in 2 months what 3 attorneys couldn't accomplish for us in 7 years. She is a results driven straight shooter with great attention to detail and excellent knowled...ge of the law.

Simply The Best!

Bari Weinberger handled my case perfectly! From first day I met Bari in her office through the day divorce was finalized (several days ago) I was comfortable and confident that I have the best lawyer and the best law firm in New Jersey representing me. Bari Weinberger guided me through entire process.... She always responded to all my inquires, whether in person, email or phone, weekday or weekend. Bari is a great strategist, knowledgeable, sharp - she is always prepared and always ahead of the game! Divorce can be stressful and challenging time for both parties, especially if children are involved. I could not be happier with the outcome of my divorce and will never be able to thank Bari Weinberger enough for handling it so perfectly, effectively and helping me and my family through what must have been the most challenging time of our lives.

I was daunted and beleaguered wife when I walked into the offices of Weinberger Law Group. One year later, I walked out as a woman with her self respect intact and her financial independence restored. It was in no small part due to the legal expertise, guidance and advocacy of this fine group of... people. Throughout the difficult divorce process, the Weinberger attorneys dealt effectively with the opposing side. I felt confident that their professional deportment and skillful handling of every detail enabled me to settle for all I was entitled to under the law. Their advice kept me focused on my future and kept me from falling prey to the legal manipulations at play. The hardest part of divorce is realizing you need one. Absolutely Worth the Investment!

I retained WLG to represent my interests in a highly contentious post-divorce custody matter. They exceeded my expectations and provided competent counsel that produced the results my family needed. I recommend them 110% and am especially pleased to endorse Allison Holzman, Esq. Allison was except...ional in her legal knowledge, courtroom presence, appropriately setting my expectations and guiding me through what ultimately was a very protracted litigation. I hired another firm for my initial divorce--going the inexpensive route--and paid for that mistake in the long-run with incompetent counsel. After hiring WLG post-divorce, I was able to see the difference and there is no comparison--these folks are 100% dedicated to the practice of family law. Divorce is an emotional process with lasting implications. Definitely do your due diligence when hiring any firm to represent your interests and choose the one that is best for you. I can honestly say that WLG was worth every dime and was the very best for me. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend without reservation.

I went through a nasty split with plenty of accusations, but Bari was able to salvage our humanity and brought us through out divorce with grace and professionalism all the way. Highly recommend without reservation.
