About me

Stuart  has worked with personal injury clients, represented people before numerous Municipal courts, assisted persons in the Superior Court in complex litigation. For the past 9 years, in addition to the foregoing, Stuart has been assisting persons in financial hardship as a Partner in a Bankruptcy Law Firm.  Martindale-Hubbell has recently awarded this Firm its highest rating of AV Preeminent.

All the while, Stuart has been quietly working on behalf of his own son, who has a disability to make sure that the education his son gets, is the best the school system can provide.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.

  1. Reprimanded
    issued in NJ, 2013

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Stuart’s comment: “It should be noted that while I was reprimanded, the actions that led to this reprimand, took place at my previous Firm, while I was out of the office on extended medical disability leave and without my knowledge. The Board determined that even though I was on disability leave, as I was a named partner, I was still liable. The other partner of my former Firm also received the same reprimand. This ruling was appealed.”
