Dewitt was our attorney when we sold our apartment last year. We were expecting a simple transaction at first but it didn't end up that way. We had to deal with a few post attorney review dramas from the buyer party (some I thought to be unethical) in which Dewitt handled it in a very professional manner for us. We completed the rest of the transaction on time and with no additional hassle from the buyer. I highly recommend Dewitt to anything looking for a good real estate attorney.

I dealt with many other lawyers but I found Mr. Liu the most sincere... one who never talk down to me and answer all my questions very thoroughly. If you are looking for somebody who is knowledgeable as well as willing to help you he is the one you should go to.
