Daniel Roberts

Dan Roberts has been practicing law for almost 25 years.  He has handled thousands of matters, including but not limited to personal injury, workers compensation, real estate and municipal court matters.  In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Dan served as a Municipal Court Judge in Linden, New Jersey from 2012-2015.  As a Municipal Court Judge, Dan routinely tried cases involving claims of DWI, traffic matters, domestic violence, violations of New Jersey motor vehicle law and violations of municipal ordinances.
