Their law firm is very organized and my lawyer knew the staff of the municaplliy that I happen to have my case in, (Bloomfield) I was facing a 2 point ticket which was reduced to a 0 point ticket with less than a 100 dollar total fine. I hired Mr. Cifrodello for my traffic violation ticket. I paid his fees plus court and violation fees. He told me to plea guilty and promised there would be no further issues with points, insurance or my driving record. I had 30 years of excellent driving record without violation. A few months later... when the time came for my auto insurance renewal I discovered that motor vehicle will have my violation record for three years and my insurance cost went up for 30%. I tried to contact Mr. Cifrodello on his personal cell phone twice & left messages to find out what happened. I also spoke with his secretary three times. He never returned my phone calls . Mr. Cifrodello is not reliable in the way he handled my case. I hired him because of the online good reviews, however I made a big mistake.

Chris recently handled our case with our previous landlord who was unfairly taking us to court. From the onset , he told us what he would do, what our next steps should be , how to go about it and made the process as seamless as possible.
