This was my first time buying a house and it turned out I was dealing with the worst seller possible. Mr. Shokry was able to tame this nightmare and turn it into a successful purchase. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Shokry was very responsive and was fighting for my interests and knew exactly how... to fight for what I wanted. There was no question of mine that was unimportant or "too stupid", he made the time to call me to explain everything to me and would listen to ideas and concerns I had and really made me feel as if I was in complete control.
