We have been looking for a house for a year and as we go along on our journey, we met many lawyers who specialize in real estate. I can say that I’ve met and worked with many ...lawyers and Shokry is the best out of all. Now let me tell you why he is the best, 1. His prompt reply! He replies so fast. He made me feel like I am ONLY his client (when in fact, clients are lining up for him). He put so much time and effort on our case. I'm sure he does put very importance on all cases he has. Shokry answered our inquiries and concerns as soon as possible, even not in his office hours. That is extremely important especially when you are an anxious first time buyer like me who thinks too much such as “Did my lawyer receive my email? Did my email go to spam? Is my lawyer busy? Is he on a vacation? Etc etc.” When you want an answer right away, please use Shokry as your lawyer. 2. Aside from being responsive, he always has an answer to everything. Because I am very anxious and my husband is so curious, we do ask questions A LOT, not just 1 or 2, but like 10 questions in 1 email. Shokry will answer every single one of them. You will sleep at night knowing the answers in your head. 3.Shokry is very competent in handling complicated real estate cases. Shokry was able to make sure of securing all the legal rights we were entitled to and protecting all of our interests throughout our case. In fact, we were not in a favorable position on the first place, and unexpected issues that came up put us in a more difficult position.
