Concerned with future employment. Upon acceptance I would head back to court in one year. Does that show a "pending" status?
Until the case is dismissed in one year a person searching the judicial branch website would be able to find your name and a docket number. When they click the link for the docket number it will say "this case has been statutorily sealed." So, the person looking will know something exists but not what it is for.See question

Your criminal record of the event was expunged. However, using the program still shows up on motor vehicle record, as does any suspension received for failing or refusing a breath test.See question
I'm being charged with Larceny. I believe it is in the third degree. I paid partial of what I stole back to the owner because that's what I had. I have a clean record. Never been in trouble legally. And I've been cooperating with the police. What ...
Jail is very unlikely based upon the facts you have provided. If you have clean record as you say AND have never used a program called Accelerated Rehabilitation (AR) you can even likely keep your record clean if done correctly. Even if you are not AR eligible you should still be able to avoid jail.See question

3 years is the correct answer although usually for a Class A you will get 2 years. 3 years is more likely on an assault.See question

I would plead not guilty. Bring in proof of insurance - even though you aren't Charged with that - bring in a letter from your insurance company not just the ID card that in that date that car was insured. They should drop the ticket or give you a charitable contribution with your good driving record. I don't think you need a lawyer.
Good luck.See question
A police stopped me and gave me a ticket for not having my registration with me but 2 days after I realized that I had it on my vicer instead of in my glove compartment. So I did have it with me I just didn't know!
Yes. They should give you a break and drop the ticket.See question
Is the Drinking Driver Program (DDP) the same as the Alcohol Education Program (AEP)? He attended a DDP in 2007. Because a court date for conviction (jail, probation, etc.) or deciding to go to trial is coming up soon, we wonder if the names of ...
I believe DDP is a NY program. So if you did the DDP as an alternative to the AEP because you had a DUI in CT but lived in NY then it is the same thing.See question

Not sure what the question means? If you are asking if there is a limitation period the answer is no. An outstanding warrant is good until served. If you can show unreasonable delay in executing on the warrant then it is a reason to dismiss the case.See question

You were granted a very effective diversionary program that will result in a dismissal and a clean record. If you don't comply with the restitution order then the case will be referred back to court, AR potentially terminated and then you are facing a class B felony and bring up all the defenses you may have, but it would be a very precarious position to be in. The time to deal with the amount of the payback was before the program was granted. I doubt very much you will gain any traction trying to get the amount reduced.See question
I am now going for a part time teaching job and need a finger print and background check. Will that dui show up on my background check?
It is not supposed to. That is a pretty great result getting AR for a DUI since that is not allowed but maybe they reduced the charge to something that made you eligible.. Are you sure it wasn't the Alcohol Education Program? The answer is the same but just a different program.See question
