The Best Injury Lawyer for sure

I was hit by a car in a parking lot and the SUV wheel run over my foot. After 3 broken bones, many back and forth at the hospitals and doctors, almost a year lost of work and a terrible first lawyer; finally I found Richard Hastings Law Firm. They did a wonderful work and got a fantastic settlement ... I can't recommend enough. I will be always grateful to your work!!!

Greatly Skilled Attorney

After my accident, I did my due diligence in searching for an attorney to represent me. I picked Richard Hastings to represent me because of numerous positive reviews I have found on internet. And he, indeed, did not disappoint. Outstanding attorney!!! More so because, it was my first time ev...er time to use an attorney in a personal injury and I may have not always understood the process and I may have made some mistakes that could have hurt my case. Nevertheless, the results he achieved were beyond my expectations. I'll be forever grateful to Mr. Hastings. Motor Vehicle Accident

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where the insurance adjuster claimed that it was a low impact collision and that I had numerous pre-existing injuries. Attorney Hastings was able to obtain more money than I possibly could have imagined from the insurance company. In the end I received more ...than 4 times what I was initially expecting. He was relentless with the insurance company. He was very aggressive and kept me updated every step o the way. During the course of my case, he constantly advised me as to what I needed to do and he was always available to take my calls. He is a masterful negotiator and a very fine lawyer. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and the results he obtained for me. If any of my friends or family ever get involved in an accident you can be sure that I will insist that they call Richard Hastings. P.S. My brother graduated from Harvard Law School and he was amazed at what Attorney Hastings was able to do for me! Now that's saying something!

Outstanding Attorney

Richard Hastings represented me in a car accident case and a slip and fall and he will work hard for you. He is easy to get a hold of and answers all of your questions promptly. I soon learned that I could expect a lot of him but in return, he expected a lot of me. I was told that if I did not com...municate with him and provide him with information relative to my case and course of medical care in a timely fashion, then he would not be in a position to represent me. This is because he is dedicated to doing the best job possible for his clients. He informed me that once he no longer represents a person, he will no longer discuss the case with that person.
