Very effective Harvard trained negotiator
I contacted attornet Hastings after the insurance company said they would not pay me any money. Attorney got me the money I deserve.

aggressive approach and frequent client updates
Richard Hastings is excellent in litigation, he focuses on the facts and aggresesively works for his clients. He is quick to respond to phone calls and emails and gives frequent updates.
