About me

We believe in changing the way traditional personal injury law firms do business to better serve our clients. We think and act differently! The way we challenge the status quo is to give our clients FREE books, which we have written - full of practical advice and information - that can help them improve physically and dramatically increase the value of their case. We just happen to really care about our clients.

I have written over 10 books on accident and injury law and my articles on mediation, negotiation, and settling cases with insurance companies have been published by the Connecticut Law Tribune and the New York State Trial Lawyers magazine, Bill of Particulars.

One book which I co-authored with a former insurance adjuster called, Adjuster Secrets: Attorney and Adjuster Tips and Techniques The Guarantee Larger Settlements, was sold to personal injury lawyers across the country for as much as $799 a book.

I also teach attorneys across the country on how to get more money for their clients' personal injury cases.  Find out why accident and injury lawyers have paid tens of thousands of dollars to learn this information by contacting me today.

I have made it a priority to expand my understanding and command of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution by receiving training from the following institutions and organizations: Teaching Mediation at the Harvard Law School; Advanced Dispute Resolution Training at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, Toronto, Canada; Advanced Negotiation Training at the Harvard Law School; Advanced Mediation Training at the Quinnipiac University School of Law; Facilitative Mediation Training at the Center for Mediation in Law; and Advanced Mediation Training at the Harvard Law School.

I have previously been named a Connecticut Super Lawyer and a New England Super Lawyer. I have an AV Rating, its highest rating, from Martindale Hubbell and am listed in its Bar Registry of Preeminent Attorneys. I have received many other awards and national recognition that are listed on my profile under awards.

I have also been named one of "10 Best" Personal Injury Attorneys for Client Satisfaction in CT by the American Institiute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
I also received patent pending approval for my business method patent entitled Personal Injury File Acquisition Method, Client Education Program and Case Referral System.

I have  collected millions of dollars for  my clients in cases including motor vehicle accidents, defective products, wrongful death, dog bite incidents, general accident cases, slip and fall incidents, breach of contract claims, unfair trade practice cases, construction litigation, will contests, and general litigation matters.

I am the author of the books “How to Find a Great Lawyer”, “How to Explode Your Practice”, “Understanding and Improving the Value of Your Personal Injury Case”,  " The Crash Course on Personal Injury Claims in Connecticut", "The Crash Course on Child Injury Claims", "The Crash Course on Motorcycle Accident Cases"," The Crash Course on Dog Bite Injury Claims",  "The Crash Course of Heart Attack and Cardiac Arrest Claims", “What You Need to Know About Connecticut DUI.” I have co-authored the book "A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing" which went to number one on's insurance category on the book's launch date and "Ready, Aim, Influence" which is an international best seller.
