Jeffrey Marc Cooper

About me

Since becoming a lawyer in 2002, I have dedicated my entire career to representing children and adults from all walks of life, from professional athletes and broadway musicians to the underprivileged and severely disabled, who have been injured or killed as a result of the wrongdoing of others.  Although the focus of my practice over the years has evolved as I have gained recognition in the areas of complex medical malpractice and dangerous and defective medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, I still regularly handle claims involving motor vehicle accidents including car, truck, bus, motorcycle, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, as well as premises liability claims including slip-and-falls, dog bites, inadequate security and physical and sexual assaults.  My experience over the last 13 years has provided me with an extensive understanding of all aspects of personal injury law and the necessary tools to effectively handle all types of claims involving serious injury, permanent disfigurement or death.  I find satisfaction in taking on insurance companies and big corporations who want nothing more than to limit the rights of people who have been injured from seeking compensation and gaining access to the courts.  My main goal in every case I handle is to obtain maximum compensation for each injured child or adult I represent, and my work ethic to that end is unrelenting.  I also hope that by doing so I make the community in which we live a little bit safer for everyone.  While I am proud of the many large seven figure verdicts and settlements I have obtained on behalf of some of my most seriously injured clients, I believe that every client deserves the same level of representation regardless of how badly they have been injured or how much their case is worth.
