Attorney Lucibello focuses her practice on:
She concentrates her representation on these practice areas because she believes that thorough representation requires it. For instance, a business owner going through a divorce has unique issues which must be considered in order to best advise that client during a divorce, and protect his or her interests. Similarly, in cases where one spouse seeks to obtain a restraining order against the other spouse, before or while a divorce is pending, it can involve issues such as deprivation of liberty and property, as well as criminal liability should the restraining order be violated. It is obvious to see how these considerations could impact a party during a divorce. Therefore, Attorney Lucibello is armed with knoweldge and experience in these areas, so that she can offer her clients more complete representation when and if concerns like these arise.
In her family practice, Attorney Lucibello has the experience to resolve divorce and custody cases amicably and without much court intervention, as well as through litigation and trial when necessary. She has handled several high-asset divorces, in which her knowledge of business law and and other financial issued has proved extremely beneficial. Attorney Lucibello is also well-versed in the laws affecting cases involving children, and is prepared to advocate for you as you seek to protect the best interests of yours.
In her business law practice, Attorney Lucibello serves as outside general counsel for small businesses in Connecticut. She has experience advising these clients, and other business clients, on considerations including: forming business entities, disputes with partners/business owners, negotiating, litigating and enforcing contracts. She is also versed in drafting a variety of business documents, quickly and accurately.
