I highly recommend Phil Chabot. He did a great job representing me against a home inspector that I had hired that did not do his job. After I had closed on the house I found many issues. The worst being the condition of windows which including a broken pane. The inspector did not include the windows ...in his report let alone that they were in poor condition and needed replacing. Phil went above and beyond to help me. He did an excellent job handling the situation with the home inspector who did not have any insurance.
