This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
A condition is a disciplinary order from the Statewide Grievance Committee that an attorney fulfill a condition within a certain time frame. If the attorney does not fulfill a condition in a timely manner, the Superior Court may also impose any condition necessary to protect the public.

I was court appointed mr. parlato for my dcf case. When the case was first opened because of CT's predictive neglect law he was a pretty decent lawyer and was very understanding and was doing alright as a lawyer but as the time passed and the case grew older he became rude and uninformative. When I would ask him questions and asked him for legal advice he said "I can't answer that" and was just all around a horrible lawyer. I suggest that if you want a lawyer who will actually help you, give you legal advice, and be a good lawyer...you go with someone else
