Gene was very prompt in communicating, answering all questions I had regarding trademarks. Very helpful and informative in getting my trademark published. I got a citation that accused me for having a similar name, but my design, spelling, and concept was clearly different which Gene easily disputed. Now my brand is trademarked and I can't be any happier with this process!

It is a pleasure working with Gene. He is a complete professional and extremely knowledgeable about trademarks. He successfully argued and won our case that was based on beer vs. wine trademark. He worked quickly and efficiently. Quick and clear communication. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trademark lawyer.

I had interviewed three other attorneys who said they could potentially handle my very technical and difficult case. Gene was the best from word one! He was unassumingly confident, straightforward, knew what strategy he would use to win this tough overturn, he did his research, wrote a spectacular argument on my behalf and won! Other attorneys told me that it would be nearly impossible to get the examining attorney to rescind her position on what is categorized as trademark confusion. Gene recognized the scientific and marketplace differences and felt strongly that he could win the case. I couldn't be happier with his services and the speed in which he was able to secure the outcome. I highly recommend anyone with a challenging trademark issue to employ Gene Bolmarcich.
