Unfortunately I didn't get the trademark approved in the first try as there were many odd decisions by the USPTO, which Gene pointed out throughout the process. He was so nice to offer another go at it and I'm confident we'll get it through. Communication was perfect and I learned a lot about the application process.

We filed an Intent to Use application and the first Office Action rejection needed a expert to prepare the Response. We hired Gene and he prepared a Response. We provided comments and he revised the Response extensively, successfully overcoming the Examining Attorney's arguments. Gene goes the Extra Mile for Clients by also including his time, after the NOA, to file the SOU or first Extension (we pay the USPTO fee) per our original Agreement. Gene works diligently to secure the sought-after US Registration for Clients. We highly recommend Gene as a US Trademark Counsel. Thank you.

I hired Gene to assist me with getting my logo trademarked with the USPTO. He was fantastic, upfront with the pricing, took the time to explain everything to me, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I consider myself very lucky to have found him and highly recommend.
