I, like many others here, went it alone and received an initial rejection from the USPTO. While my case seemed like a simple argument, it was clear that I wasn't using the appropriate language to describe my request. Gene was able to submit a plea on my behalf which was very professionally written and stated in a manner that quickly resolved their confusion. His expertise was evidenced by his thorough and professional response to the USPTO. I would not hesitate to recommend Gene and certainly will go to him first, next time I plan to have any correspondence/requests to the USPTO. Thanks Gene!

I went it alone and received an 'Office Action' from the USPTO. Gene sent me a solicitation to assist as did many trademark firms. But his email stood out and after some consultation and email dialogue I immediately hired him to work through the office action. He was successful and the trademark will issue shortly. I recently sent him some additional requests - one research and one filing. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again in the future. With his no-nonsense, straight-forward and lighthearted approach I can almost guarantee you'll be as satisfied with his services as I have been.

I hired Gene to argue an office action that arose against my trademark application. Gene submitted a masterfully written argument the following day, and it has been approved for publication! I'm incredibly happy with Gene's service, and I can't wait to work with him in the future.
Gene, thanks so much for your work. This business will be supporting at-risk youth in my community, and you've had a huge hand in making a difference.
