About me

Eagan, Donohue, Van Dyke & Falsey, LLP is a general practice law firm located in West Hartford, Connecticut. We have attorneys licensed to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and we handle cases in both state and federal court.

I focus my practice on complex civil litigation and real estate transactions.

I am admitted to the Connecticut and Massachusetts bars, the federal district courts of Connecticut and Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

I am a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and have lectured as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Clark University's Graduate School of Management, where I earned my Master of Business Administration degree.

I was born in Worcester, MA and currently live in Rutland, MA with my wife and daughter. My education has included St. John's High School, Bowdoin College, Clark University Graduate School of Management, and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
