Didn't even give me 5 minutes to explain my case
I called Attorney Levin's offices to ask for a free consultation and his secretary was nice enough to put me through to him immediately. I began telling Attorney Levin about the attack I suffered, but he quickly cut me off and told me "Time is money". So much for the free 30 minute consultation.
This individual never identified himself as someone interested in a free consultation and told me that another Lawyer had referred him. Curiously, the gentleman could not recall the name of the other attorney that had done so. After spending a few minutes with the gentleman on the telephone, it became apparent that i could not help him as his issues were outside my area of expertise which i had repeatedly advised him. This Gentleman nevertheless wanted to keep telling him his story , conveying confidential information even though I made it clear that i could not help him.
